Green Smoothie
(makes ~2 servings)

1 cup Organic Spinach
1/2 Cucumber (peeled)
2 medium stalks of Celery
1 small Granny Smith Apple
1 small Banana 1/4 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup Fruit*
1 cup Almond/Rice milk
1 scoop RAW Protein
2 tsp milled Flax Seed
1 Tbsp Honey


*optional - I usually add whatever fruit I have in my kitchen at the moment (papaya, pineapple, pear, etc)


This is just a guide...play around with the things you like and come up with your own perfect blend for a Green Smoothie :-)
